How does billing work? Are there hidden fees?

Prepaid wallet, in USD. You top up ($10, $50, $100, $500, or $1,000), and every delivered message debits the wallet at the per-destination, per-category rate. Which countries do you support?

180+ markets via Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Rates vary by destination; use the calculator above for an exact quote. Cross-border traffic to certain markets uses Meta's International Authentication rate; we surface that clearly before you send.

What types of WhatsApp messages can I send?

Three categories. Authentication: OTP codes, login verification, and password resets. Utility: order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders, and account alerts. Marketing: promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and re-engagement messages. All three use the same API and the same dashboard — just different template categories with different per-message rates.

What happens if a message fails to deliver?

Failed messages aren't charged. The dashboard shows real-time delivery status (sent, delivered, read, failed) with per-recipient logs you can export for reconciliation against your own systems.

How do you handle security and data?

All traffic runs over Meta's end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp infrastructure. API keys are scoped per project and rotatable on demand. We never store message content, only metadata required for delivery and billing reconciliation.

Can I try it before paying?
